Moving My Self-Care to Action accelerates, facilitates, and supports participants’ personal and professional growth journey. Get re-energized, feel less overwhelmed, maintain balance, reduce burnout, and overcome compassion fatigue. Obtain the tools to be a healthy professional.

Presented by NASW Assurance Services, Inc. (ASI) and NASW Risk Retention Group (RRG) in collaboration with BSCorbett Consulting, LLC (BSC). Intensive training and coaching programs designed exclusively for NASW ASI and NASW RRG policyholders.

Program Highlights

  • FREE to NASW ASI and NASW RRG policyholders.
  • A 4-week program with LIVE, real-time weekly sessions.
  • Training component: 24/7 access to customized content and resource materials.
  • Coaching component: Attendance at 4 LIVE 1-hour weekly group coaching sessions. The interactive format (Webcam and reliable Internet connection required. Closed Captioning available) allows each cohort the opportunity to establish a cohesive and encouraging community with colleagues and peers; receive supportive accountability from a BSC coach; and determine the next steps in strengthening your self-care techniques.
  • Monthly cohort registration capped at 25 participants (you may register for one cohort).
  • This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers for four (4) continuing education contact hours.
